In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the technical and quality standards, ensuring that products meet strict safety regulations and quality expectations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lead the way in maintaining the highest standards for food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring all products meet regulatory and customer requirements. * Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene across the facility. * Manage audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical function. What You Bring: * Proven experience in a technical role within the food manufacturing industry, ideally within chilled products. * A deep understanding of food safety standards and regulations. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for quality. * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
