We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage one of our most strategic retail customers. This role is essential in driving relationship management, overseeing contract renewals, supporting deal pursuits, and contributing to account planning for a major client. Reporting to the Account Director, you will act as a key point of contact for the client, ensuring that their needs are met while helping identify opportunities to grow the relationship. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact on both the client’s business and our long-term partnership. IF YOU ARE A Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experienced with 3-5 years in Account Management or Client Relationship Management, particularly within the IT services industry. Knowledgeable in IT services, including digital transformation, managed services, and cloud solutions. Equipped with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, especially in contract management and deal pursuit. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). AND YOU WANT TO Client Relationship Management: Support the Account Director in managing the relationship, ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are consistently met. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, providing excellent service and fostering a strong, trust-based relationship. Actively listen to the client’s business needs and challenges, working to propose relevant IT services and solutions that address their goals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted partner for IT services and innovation. Contract Renewals and Deal Pursuit: Lead the management of contract renewals, working with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of agreements. Support the Account Director in deal pursuits by preparing proposals, coordinating resources, and participating in client meetings and presentations. Assist in negotiations, ensuring the client’s expectations are met while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. Ensure all contract documentation is completed and aligned with both client requirements and company policies. Relationship Development and Growth: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring the client is aware of the full range of IT services available. Maintain a clear understanding of Retail industry trends and how they impact the client’s business, offering relevant insights and solutions. Work closely with the client’s key decision-makers, fostering high-level relationships and positioning the company as an integral part of their success. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including service delivery, project management, and technical experts, to ensure smooth and successful implementation of IT solutions. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to tailor services and offerings that are aligned with the client’s specific Retail-focused needs. Ensure that all teams are aligned on client priorities, timelines, and expectations to deliver high-quality outcomes.
