Job Description: Job Title: Paraplanner Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 Basic Location: Liverpool About our clients and the role: Swarm Recruitment is partnering with a thriving and innovative financial advisory firm known for providing personalised financial solutions across investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection. We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented financial advisers, helping clients reach their financial goals. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and visit the office occasionally, making it ideal for candidates who value work-life balance. To be considered for this role, you will already have experience as a paraplanner in a similar company, and ideally your Level 4 qualification nearly finished. My clients will also consider a candidate on a part-time basis. Salary & Benefits: * Basic Salary £30,000 - £45,000 * Company bonus * Flexible working * Progression opportunities * 25 days holiday + bank holidays, this increases over time with the business. Working Hours: * Flexible working location, giving you a great work life balance. * Standard hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. * Part-time hours also available Desired Experience: * Ideally Level 4 qualified or near completion (they will cover any further exam costs). * Previous experience as a Paraplanner in a similar firm * Strong understanding of financial products and services. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Responsibilities & Duties: * Prepare and maintain client files and technical reports. * Conduct research and analysis on financial products and solutions. * Collaborate with financial advisers to create client-centric financial strategies. * Assist in developing detailed recommendations and suitability reports. * Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.
