The role:

We are looking to hire exceptional Machine Learning Customer Engineer to join our innovative team and be part of this challenge. In this role, you will be driving our product forward, which ensures our customers get maximum insights and value from real-world data.

Unlike conventional MLE roles that often focus on predictive modelling and forecasting, this position is all about decision-making systems. Here, you won’t just predict what will happen—you’ll work with systems that learn, adapt, and make decisions autonomously in dynamic, real-world environments, based on the cutting edge of Machine Learning (ML) and Reinforcement Learning (RL).

The ideal candidate for this role will get stuck in across the organisation, understand customer requirements and data, and unlock value for our customers by making optimal, data-driven decisions. What You’ll Be Doing:

• ?? Diving into Data: Extracting actionable insights from real-world data through analysis, visualisation, and modelling
• ?? Teaming Up: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• ??? Engaging with Customers: Interacting with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our technical solutions are aligned with their goals
