Labourer

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on the Waste Picking Line in Banff. This role offers a great opportunity to secure a permanent position, with initial work starting on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be reliable, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks.Key Responsibilities:Waste Sorting: Manually pick and sort materials from a waste conveyor belt, ensuring recyclable items are separated correctly.Health & Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations.Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and schedules as needed.Requirements:Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
