Lift Service Supervisor

This growing independent specialist in the lift industry is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lift Service Supervisor to manage and coach their Service Engineers within the North West. You will earn circa £45,000 with a car or car allowance with career progression opportunities. As a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for: Managing engineers efficiency Conducting safety audits as required Conducting toolbox talks with engineers Running ride alongs and shadowing engineers work Enhancing the businesses portfolio through strong account management Providing training exercises with engineers To be successful in this role you will have: A background in lift engineering Experienced in Lift Servicing Ambitions to develop from Supervisor to Manager Excellent customer service skills Experience leading or managing small teams as supervisor is preferred In return you will receive a lucrative benefits package which includes: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary Company car or car allowance Profit share scheme Laptop and mobile phone provided 25 days' holiday Statuary pension Training and progression opportunities TPBN1_UKTJ
