About the Company: My client is a Main Contractor who has been well established within the London market for 20 + Years. They are an internationally renowned Main Contractor, who undertakes projects within a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Residential and Sport & Leisure. Originating from Ireland our client has developed a status as one of Ireland’s top contractors which has been earned through decades of delivering successful projects across Ireland the UK and mainland Europe. About the Role: Our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity for a major scheme that they are working on in Hammersmith. The project is a £40 million cut & carve project to 1930s commercial building creating 120,000 sq ft Grade A office space. The project will involve the removal of the existing top floor of the building and providing additional floor space through enlarged floor plates and stepped landscaped terraces. About the benefits / rewards: £80,000 - £110,000 + travel, healthcare & pension Requirements: My client is open to background as long as they have Main Contractor experience
