In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and oversee the wider finance team. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the finance function Preparation of monthly management accounts. Mentoring junior finance staff Helping to drive process improvement Support the finance director Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) from practice or industry background Excellent communication skills Strong IT skills.
