Do you have the passion and expertise to make an impact on the lives of children with SEND and SEMH? We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced professionals to become a key player in our team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and flourish both academically, personally and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: * An innovative and 'out of the box' approach to delivering bespoke lessons to students with a range of SEND and complex needs. * Foster an inclusive environment where individuals feel safe, valued and respected. * Work collaboratively with parents, staff and external professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans. * Monitor progression on weekly basis. Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback to students and their families. * Use a variety of teaching methods, strategies and resources to inspire and motivate. * Work holistically in aiding the social and emotional development of students. * Relevant qualifications are desired but not essential. * Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with ASD and SEMH needs, isn't necessary but highly desirable. * Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students, families and team members * Understanding of autism, SEMH, and best practices in supporting children with SEND.
