Salary: £25,000 per year Hours: Mon-Fri / 8:30-4:30 with 30 min unpaid break (37.5 hours per week) Location: Blackburn, BB1 About Us: Hyper Merch Limited, T/A Inkthreadable are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service and administrative support, with opportunities for personal and professional development. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Answer incoming live messages address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Respond to customer emails promptly and effectively. Contact customers regarding stock shortages and provide suitable alternatives. Customer Relationship Management: Utilise our CRM system to manage inquiries and maintain accurate customer information. Book meetings for our sales team using the CRM system. Administrative Duties: Update and maintain spreadsheets for various administrative tasks. Process returns and contact customers to arrange re-delivery. Requirements Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling phone calls and engaging with customers. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent time management skills to prioritise workloads effectively. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as Shopify is desirable. Knowledge of Photoshop / Canva also desirable. What we are looking for: Minimum of A-C grades in English and Mathematics at GCSE level or equivalent Must have knowledge of customer service and experience with live chat Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven written communication Good availability and flexibility around peak times (Nov-Dec) Self-motivated and enthusiastic, willingness to learn E-commerce experience desirable
