Product Support Engineer

Financial Services Firm is hiring for a 3rd line Product Support Engineer based in London. This is a permanent role based in the City with hybrid working in place.

Responsibilities:

• Providing third-line support and managing the collection, validation and interpretation of data and statistics.
• You will collaborate with various internal departments
• Analyze and consolidate performance data
• Collaborate with customer implementation and support teams to design integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver actionable insights.

Skills and Experience include:

• At least 2 years customer support experience gained within Financial or IT industries.
• Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving software issues
• Experience working in a variety of programming languages
• Experience working in a variety of environments – Windows, Linux
• Experience working with data using TSQL
• Basic network troubleshooting experience
