Planner

Linear are working alongside a Tier 1 Main contractor who is looking for a Planner to cover 3 sites in Leeds. This is a full time perm position starting as soon as possible.

They would also consider freelance candidates to going perm

Must haves

• Commercial construction background
• Experience in high rise over 20M
• Understanding of Earned value
• Able to weekly/ monthly prepare report
• Use of Asta powerproject /
• Technical understanding of construction
• Willing to challenge
• Support site teams.

Nice to have

• Ideally background in 3D /4D planning
• Use of BIM.
