Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Co-ordinator Location: Bredbury Salary: Up to £29k per annum Tenure: Permanent Metalis is working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking to add an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator who will be responsible for preparing all import and export requirements on a permanent basis. The Role: Arrange transport to export customers Update customers on delivery timescales Responsible for arranging uplift from supply chain and coordinating the import entry Progressing and filing all documents regarding supply chain. Providing documents for HMRC requirements Liaise with production departments to ensure manufacturing timescalesThe Requirement: Diagnostic skills Excellent planning and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes Knowledge of export procedures and required documentation Import/ Export knowledgeThe Details: Hours Per Week - 39 hours Day Shifts - Monday to Thursday - 8am to 4.30pm & Fridays 8am to 3.30pm Permanent Vacancy If you have previous experience working within a logistics position and have goods in and out, please apply for the position and one of our consultants will be in touch with suitable applications
