Talent Manager - Luxury Fashion

Our client is a new and ambitious talent agency, representing industry-leading professionals with significant influence across fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors. Their niche focuses on high-profile photographers, stylists, editors, and other top-tier creatives who, in addition to their professional expertise, are recognized as influential content creators with substantial brand appeal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a diverse roster of high-profile professionals (photographers, stylists, editors, etc.), ensuring their personal brands and professional careers are aligned with strategic growth opportunities
• Lead negotiations for partnerships, collaborations, and contracts with brands, clients, and companies across fashion, beauty, luxury, and other sectors
• Develop and maintain relationships with leading brands, ensuring lucrative and relevant collaborations for your talent
• Work closely with talent to identify and pursue new opportunities in both their professional fields and as influential content creators
• Develop tailored career strategies for each individual, ensuring a balance between their industry work and their growing influence as content creators

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experience in talent management , ideally with exposure to digital influencers and content creators
• Strong understanding of the fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors, with an established network of contacts
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and securing high-value partnerships
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and how to leverage digital content for brand growth and engagement
