Take charge of monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory assessments, and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that each dish meets our exacting standards. Utilise strong communication skills to liaise effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments, while also maintaining impeccable organisational systems in your designated section. What you Need: Previous experience in a similar culinary role, with a track record of success in high-pressure kitchen environments.
