Job Title: Clubhouse Manager

Reporting to: Owner and Founder

Hours: Week 1: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm.

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000

Line Management of: Clubhouse Chef, Clubhouse Assistants

Main Purpose of the Role

Ensure the efficient and smooth daily operation of the Clubhouse, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and members.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front Desk Management

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service through proficient management of the front desk.
  • Attention to detail in managing all bookings, including lessons and corporate events, while ensuring all daily tasks and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain the Clubhouse calendar.
  • Manage all aspects of cellar operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and supplier coordination, to ensure optimal beverage quantity.
  • Manage and reconcile store credits on a daily basis.
  • To act as key holder for the Clubhouse as and when necessary

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage shooting events for up to 20 participants and non-shooting events.
  • Support the Events and Sponsorship Team with sales and management of events.
  • Ensure necessary food, beverage and staffing support for events.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Oversea the Clubhouse Chef and collaborate to ensure a well-curated menu is available and events are catered to the highest standard.
  • Work with the Accounts Department to manage transactions and conduct monthly stock take.
  • Manage store credits and promotions.

Membership & Sales

  • Develop and manage responding to enquires and oversee renewals.
  • Drive sales of courses with the ability to upsell.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Any other duties, as required.

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
