About the Role:As a Learning and Development Specialist at Arthur, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering the overall learning and development strategy in line with the company’s long-term goals. This role involves identifying and assessing the learning and development needs of individual employees to ensure that we drive performance and develop our people in the right way. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing team performance, identifying skill gaps and building Arthur's learning and development vertical.Responsibilities:Design, create, and deliver various training programmes that are aligned with the overall business strategyCreate and implement a 12-month learning and development programme, that applies to different levels of Recruitment roles and the Business Services teamDevelop training materials, such as including manuals, guides, e-learning modules and other training and support contentWork closely with the Directors to ensure that the training programme is aligned with the overall business strategyConduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and collaborate with managers to identify the training needs of the teamsEvaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes by using assessments, feedback and surveys, and make changes based on the data collectedReport on training outcomes and maintain training recordsWork closely with the management team to support their team members' continuous learning and development needs in line with their quarterly appraisalsBe the go-to person for any learning and development needs, training, and upskilling needsSupport employees post-training to ensure that the learning is being applied on the deskLiaise with external training providers and manage relationships with third-party suppliersCollaborate with HR on any learning and development initiativeRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development in the recruitment industryProven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and development programmesExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and analytical skillsAbility to assess needs, and evaluate effectivenessStrong organisational and project management skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to make decisions based on dataCan see creative solutions to problems, and can be flexible in their approachApplication deadline is the 27th September 2024.Equal Opportunity Statement:Arthur Financial is an equal opportunity employer; we are fully committed to the elimination of unlawful and unfair discrimination and values the differences that a diverse workforce brings to the firm.
