Remote Family Solicitor Opportunity - Part-Time (3 Days a week)
A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established firm based in Telford while working remotely. This candidate can be based in the West Midlands as long as on occasions you are able to cover courts to include Stoke, Stafford, Wolverhampton etc.
This role is suited for solicitors with at least 7 years of experience, with part-time options available for 3 or 4 days per week.
About the Firm: This small yet highly efficient law firm includes a Family Solicitor supported by four staff members, with a focus on delivering quality family law services from their Telford office.
The Role: As a remote Family Solicitor, you'll handle a mix of existing and new divorce and finance cases. The caseload in this area does need some building but the Director is currently turning the work away due to capacity.
To succeed in this position, you'll need the ability to generate additional cases, complementing the firm's existing caseload. You will work closely with another solicitor specializing in public family law and private children matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Family Solicitor
- Ability to independently manage divorce and finance cases while developing your own client base
- Willingness to assist with private children matters as needed
- Self-sufficiency and strong networking/business development skills
- Excellent IT skills
