Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days London Moorgate + 2/3 WFH

Compensation: £30k-£40k + Uncapped Commission + Equity

FaultFixers is a multi-award winning property and facilities maintenance management software - our customers use FaultFixers to digitise their entire maintenance operations across their site(s), helping them track and manage breakdowns, automating their pre-scheduled compliance tasks, and managing their assets.


We help teams to toss the paper and ditch the spreadsheets in what is a universally and traditionally paper-driven sector ??. Often property and maintenance is the second-largest opex after staff costs and yet tech options are outdated or non-existent.

FaultFixers’ Journey


Since launching at the beginning of 2020 we have achieved rapid growth, working with all sorts of clients including Care Homes, Schools, Property Developers, Maintenance Contractors, Retail/Shopping Centres and many other sectors - basically any business that manages property. 


Our largest client is the UK Foreign Office and our smallest is a Pest Control man-in-a-van. We're tackling the white space where customers have outgrown managing their processes by spreadsheets, but don't have £m's to spend on bluechip software.


Having recently taken on additional investment funding we plan to accelerate our growth in 2025 so we can grow faster, more efficiently and improve our technology for our customers.


We’re backed by a hugely successful set of angels/investors/founders, as well as several FTSE 100 industry veteran advisors. The team is currently 10 strong, but we’re looking to grow significantly in the next 12 months. 

 

Who you are:

  • We’re looking for our newest team member - working closely with the founders and the sales team, you will be integral to supporting our sales & revenue, building pipeline, managing in-bound leads and prospects, whilst helping to refine the sales process, messaging and automations so that together we can build the foundations of a high-performing sales function
  • The ideal candidate will be a confident, driven, and passionate person who wants to use their excellent communication skills to build a strong and qualified pipeline - much of which is driven by inbound lead generation.
  • If you’re the type of person who thrives when working towards a shared mission, is driven, good under pressure, ambitious, has a consultative approach to sales relationships, then we would love to speak with you.
  • 1+ years of experience in fast paced B2B SaaS sales across SMB and Mid-Market sized companies as a BDR, SDR or Account Exec
  • Cold calling will be a small part of the role, but the skill of "quick thinking on your feet" and responding dynamically to customer conversations will really help you to succeed.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A fast learner, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic
  • Sharp, energetic and a strong desire to succeed together
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where change is constant
  • Organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Curious, creative and on the lookout for new ideas and methods
  • Enjoy seeking and learning about growth hacks and new tools to speed up growth
  • You are target-driven to your core and hate to lose
  • Be a self-starter who doesn’t rely on constant validation or sign-off - own your outreach, be bold and stand out from the crowd
  • Ideally - experience using Hubspot CRM
  • Ideally - Confident in building out your own personal brand on LinkedIn
  • Ideally - immersed in sales communities


What the job involves:

  • You’ll be an instrumental player to our growth - we have recently launched a self-service version of FaultFixers where leads come in-bound from multiple channels - you'll be leading our engagement and conversion efforts, nurturing them along our pipeline and convincing them to join the FaultFixers Family. 
  • You’ll help contribute to the formulation and evolution of our outbound sales efforts, be focussing on building qualified pipelines for the business with hyper-personalised and stand-out outreach across calls, emails and Linkedin, setting up meetings, discos, booking demos, and closing prospects to new customers.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and come up with new sales tactics
  • Research companies to create target account lists
  • Become a superuser of FaultFixers
  • Once you've become a FaultFixers superuser you'll be running demos of your own
  • Natural-born drive to be successful, with a love to win mentality – You’ll take initiative to figure it out and are motivated to do your absolute best work
  • Clear, succinct communicator – Using your customer’s language, you’ll help them clearly understand the value FaultFixers can deliver for them

  • Obtain a strong understanding of our users and the market, from competitive analysis to user segmentation
