Duties and Responsibilities

 

The Business Development Manager will be offering support in a variety of ways, including:

  • Researching new markets and opportunities to grow the business;
  • Creating business channels and maintaining relationships with B2B clients;
  • Creating business plans and strategies to increase revenue
  • Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities;
  • Organising promotional events, evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints;
  • Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Microblog;
  • Staying up to date with market trends, and working with sales team to reach sales target. 

Person specification:

  • Educated to at least a master's degree level
  • Deep understanding of international students’ needs and preferences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working independently as a marketeer and as part of a marketing team
  • Sales driven individual
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
