Introduction:A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the ever-evolving trading card industry.Job Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for Vault X. This role will oversee all digital channels, including social media, the company e-commerce & marketplace sites, content management, SEO, digital advertising, and budget management. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving brand growth and engagement across all digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.Web Management & Ecommerce:Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s e-commerce and marketplace channels, ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines.Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance the website’s functionality, performance, and aesthetics.Utilise analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.Content Management:Create and manage high-quality content across all digital platforms, including product listings, blog posts, articles, videos, and other media.Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand messages.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand values.SEO:Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits to improve search engine visibility.Digital Advertising:Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and within budget.Analyse and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.Social Media Management:Oversee and grow the company’s presence across all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.).Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.Monitor social media trends, audience behaviours, and emerging platforms to optimise content and reach.Budget Management:Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.Track and report on expenditures, ensuring budget adherence and effective allocation of resources.Forecast future digital marketing spend based on campaign performance and business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.Strong knowledge of SEO, content management, and digital advertising.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?Career Growth: This role offers immense opportunities for personal and professional development in a growing company.Small Friendly Team: Work with a group of passionate, creative professionals who love what they do.
