Content Delivery Coordinator

Job DescriptionOverall Purpose of the RoleSummary of the role – overall role contribution to team, department and organisationThis role will support the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles for linear channels. The role will also involve the retrieval of foreign client created dubs and subtitles across EMEA from local broadcasters.Areas of ResponsibilityKey elements and required results of the roleOversee material delivery for acquired titles for multiple channels, including distributor on-boarding and ensuring material is delivered on time and on spec. Handle QC rejections and remediation process.Retrieval of client created TV dubs and subtitles across EMEA to bring into inventory. Raise P.O.s for material costs and keep track of received files. Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries as well as flagging up any issues or blockers in a timely manner.Track metrics for the on time deliveries and right the first time deliveries.Track material delivery for animation (video, audio, metadata) from production and distributors to TWDC. Research the availability and costs of localised assets for clients with the rights to access dubs and subtitles. Deliver dubs, subtitles, video files and metadata to clients once the access agreement has been signed.Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.Areas of Accountability (Strategic Impact, Financial, Management, Relationships)Who is the individual accountable to, what are they accountable for and what if any budget responsibility do they haveAccountable to the Content Manager – AcquisitionsRequired:Extensive experience with applications such as Microsoft Office, Google sheets, Smartsheet, PowerBI. Experience in asset management databases. Excellent project management skills and experience essential.Desirable:Understanding of localisation process and mastering process.Experience of file-based and HD technology, new media and electronic file delivery. Good knowledge of SAP/Coupa a great advantage.Understanding of sound and video formats/components.Understanding of the QC process for AV files.
