Head of Marketing – Agency – London/hybrid – £60-80K plus bens The Company and Role I am working with a multi-award-winning performance agency, based in the heart of London. They pride themselves on driving innovation and staying at the forefront of performance marketing. They have achieved this by hiring the very best talent in the marketplace and are able to keep people there by having a dynamic yet fun culture, built around empowering people to succeed. They are looking to bring on a Head of Marketing.You will be tasked with driving forward the growth of the agency, from a strategic and brand-focused perspective.You will lead a high performing team and be able to seamlessly interact with the various teams within the agency to help create a unified messaging and brand proposition. You will be operating on a UK and global scale, identifying key marketing opportunities and challenges. Ideally, you will bring experience leading the marketing within a global agency, adept at communicating – whether that’s through hosting events, interacting with the media, presenting awards or crafting compelling and unique content.
