Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: 24,000 base salary
Commission: Within first 6 months then uncapped
Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Be trained in all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process and securing job placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Build a strong network of professionals in your industry.
Negotiate salaries and offer packages, guiding both candidates and clients through the recruitment process.

An enthusiastic, well driven professional with a strong desire to succeed in sales / a recent graduate (we love to see graduates succeed in sales!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous sales or customer service experience (desirable but not required).
