Remote Litigation Solicitor

Litigation (Gambling) Associate (NQ-4 PQE)£55,000 - £80,000 London (Hybrid/Fully Remote) A Legal 100 firm based in London and recognised for their top tier Legal 500 work is looking for a strong dispute resolution associate to join their “Litigation and Regulatory Investigation” team! This busy role would allow you to work on a variety of large, litigated matters on behalf of a betting and gaming client, acting similarly to an In-House Solicitor. You would be working directly with Legal 500 recognised Partners, providing ample mentorship and progression that can be adapted to your interests. If you have experience with betting or gambling clients and are interested in developing yourself with a varied caseload, this could be an ideal opportunity! Advising a betting and gambling client on litigation matters. Managing a caseload of matters including commercial litigation, regulatory litigation, and insolvency matters. Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters. UK qualified Solicitor with experience in a nationally recognised Litigation or Dispute Resolution team, ideally with NQ-4 PQE (but other levels will be considered). Experience with regulatory litigation matters, ideally with gambling, betting or gaming clients. Direct hands-on experience with multi-million-pound litigation matters. A strong interest in litigation, ideally with knowledge of the gambling, betting or gaming sector.
