Housing Lawyer
London (Hybrid) Up to £50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Lawyer on behalf of a local authority client. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional to manage their own caseload of housing management cases, including disrepair, succession, and non-occupation/subletting claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of housing management cases. Handle matters relating to disrepair, succession, and non-occupation/subletting claims. Attend court and conduct advocacy on behalf of the local authority. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of pre-action protocols and Civil Procedure Rules.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of housing law and case management. Experience in attending court and conducting advocacy. Solid knowledge of pre-action protocols and Civil Procedure Rules. Local authority experience preferred but not essential.
Additional Details:
Up to £50 per hour, depending on experience. 1-2 days per week in the south london offices (negotiable for the right candidate). Condensed hours will be considered, but a 4-day working week is required.
