We are working with a leading US firm who are looking to take hire an Employment Associate on a 12-month FTC. The ideal candidate will be 5-7 PQE, however excellent candidates outside of this bracket will be considered on their merits.
The firm are renowned for their expertise across employment matters within the financial services sector, covering both contentious and non-contentious issues within a multi-jurisdictional context. The team represents employers in complex disputes and litigation as well as advising on all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions and restructurings.
The candidate should have a very strong academic background from a top tier firm and be admitted to practice in England & Wales. Additionally, excellent analytical and communication skills are pivotal and experience within TUPE is also a highly sort after.
