IT Support Technician

Dedicated to delivering top-tier IT solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, we are looking to increase the size of our team.Our mission is to stay ahead of technological advancements, providing comprehensive services including IT support and maintenance, server installations, network solutions as well as comms and cloud-based solutions.If you possess 12-18 months experience in Desktop and/or Server support, and would like to join our team of engineers then LETS TALK!We are seeking knowledge across a combination of some of the following skills:-Familiar with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, Azure and Microsoft 365.Hands-on knowledge of server hardware, and RAID systems.Knowledge of IP Networking – TCP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, etc.Experience in managing and supporting backup systems, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.Specific knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and cloud-based services.Excellent hardware/software/network troubleshooting skills.
