Hgv 2 Driver - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced class 2 day driver for pallet delivery work out of Eastleigh. If the role works well for you and you are a good fit for the customer, there will be an option to become a permanent member of staff. * Duties will include driving a class 2 vehicle. There will be roughly 15 drops per day. Most deliveries require the use of a manual or electronic pump truck. * Starts are around 0700/ 0730. * Monday to Friday. * Weekend shifts available at higher rates. * £16.00 per hour - Ltd company. * £14.5 per hour - PAYE. Requirements: * Valid HGV class 2 (C) Driving Licence. * Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards. * Minimum 1 year class 2 experience. * Preferably 6 months pallet delivery experience. * Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation. * Good communications skills. * Over 25 for insurance purposes. * No more than 6 points on your licence.
