Key Responsibilities: * Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with internal teams. * Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, and address customer needs with professionalism. * Sales Support: Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and identify upsell opportunities to drive business growth. * New Business Development: Research and engage potential clients, introducing them to our product offerings. * Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate records, report on KPIs, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
