Site Manager

Fit Out UK, are a leading interior fit out contractor dominating the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential sectors nationwide. Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept Site Manager, ideally with retail/bank refurb experience, initially for a 10 week project in Rotherham but will be long term on projects across the country for someone happy to travel and work away. As the Site Manager you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit. Requirements * Experience in construction management, specifically in retail construction projects and fast track projects. * Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of retail banks/stores and / or other commercial retail spaces. * Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team(s). * SMSTS * First Aid * Ideally Trade Qualified / Background Start date on site Monday 21st October, Weekly Pay
