They seek a Benefits Analyst to join their London, England office.ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration of various employee benefits programsTrack and analyze reports from vendors on the usage of benefits globallyRun reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to support decisionsAnswer employee questions regarding global benefits-related questionsSupport the enrollment process for new hires and annual open enrollmentUphold a knowledge of local regulations for benefits programs, including COBRAImplement and promote wellness programs to improve employee healthContribute to the partnership with the Payroll and HR Core teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration3+ years of benefits administration or HR experienceExperience with Global benefits programs (AMER/EMEA/APAC)Financial services industry background preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsADP experience is strongly preferredSkilled in Excel and WorkdayJobID: 16795
