Rimkus experts specialise in forensic consulting, dispute resolution and construction management services, solutions for the built environment, and human factors support for the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries. Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to oversee the recruitment for our UK regions.The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record in either in-house or agency settings. You should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a passion for building relationships with both stakeholders and candidates. Experience in recruiting within the construction or engineering industries is highly desirable!The RoleAs the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of the UK human resources team, working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams in the US and Australia. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with the leadership team to establish briefs and provide expert advice.Conducting talent pool mapping via LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.Screening candidates to assess their suitability for roles.Coordinating the interview process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.Managing advert responses, ensuring timely communication and feedback to all applicants.Maintaining the recruitment database (ATS - UKG) for accurate and up-to-date records.Overseeing employment contract administration and hire approvals.Ensuring new employees have a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with the Line Manager, HR Manager, Finance, and Administration teams.Preparing and compiling monthly recruitment reports. Work closely with the HR team providing ad-hoc HR support.Manage recruitment administration.
