We're looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner, to join a senior team of HR professionals, supporting a large medicine and life sciences directorate of approx. 1000 staff.
In this HR Business Partner role, your remit will combine a true blend of strategic and operational responsibilities;
- Adding value to key stakeholders, creating processes to operationalise strategic people objectives
- Advising and coaching leadership/line management capability around the full employee lifecycle
- Lead on end-to-end Organisational Change, including TUPEs
- Workforce Planning and Talent Management
- Development and Implementation of People Plans
- Implementation of EDI strategies
- Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services.
This opportunity requires a true business partner, who can work in a strategic capacity with senior stakeholders, leading on varied HR Projects tailored to the different business units.
