Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Administration: Manage new business submissions and track progress across investment platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Prepare, process, and monitor new business applications.
  • Client Service: Oversee client annual review packs from start to finish.
  • Problem Solving: Adapt to industry changes and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and maintain a positive, proactive approach.


What You Bring:

  • Experience: Solid background in Financial Services, particularly with IFA firms.
  • Motivation: A can-do attitude and passion for delivering quality results.
  • Tech Skills: Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) and Microsoft Office.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
