Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Administration: Manage new business submissions and track progress across investment platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Prepare, process, and monitor new business applications.
- Client Service: Oversee client annual review packs from start to finish.
- Problem Solving: Adapt to industry changes and suggest process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Solid background in Financial Services, particularly with IFA firms.
- Motivation: A can-do attitude and passion for delivering quality results.
- Tech Skills: Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) and Microsoft Office.
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
