There’s a permanent opportunity for you here as Contract Manager to lead on our experienced site in the Abingdon area. This role will be working on our client site which is a Scientific Research Centre.Hours of workMonday to Friday40 hoursResponsibilitiesProviding leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring operational commitments are met and exceededEstablish, develop and maintain an effective partnership and working relationship with the Customer and any associated customersTake accountability and review Accounts performance indicators ensuring delivery of key financial KPI’s/ targets (i.e. working capital, P&L, Costs)Lead, manage and support a no-compromise approach to Health & SafetyTo manage the business to ensure all of the necessary systems and procedures are complied with to ensure that the quality of service delivery enables the Client to occupy their premises efficiently, cost effectively and without disruptionTo manage and control the attendance and work output of all directly employed staffTo support with the management of specialist sub-contractorsAssist in the identification of all new business opportunities within the contract and participate in the costing of the new proposals to ensure that Dalkias margin expectations are achievedDevelop a relationship with the internal project department in order to deliver high value projects throughout the life of the contractRequirements:The knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience relevant to the position are:Essential RequirementsExperience of developing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with clients with demonstrable mutual benefits.Experience of managing/supervising direct and subcontracted engineers.Experience of managing engineering and/or hard FM deliveryGood knowledge of compliance requirements across all areas of service delivery.Excellent communication skills with high levels of numeracy and literacy.Desirable ExperienceExperience of delivering high levels of customer service.Identification and delivery of contract growth.Commercial experience including managing delivery against KPIs/SLAs.Identification and implementation of efficiency/effectiveness initiatives.Experience mobilisation or transforming service delivery.Formal health and safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH).BenefitsFull induction, training and uniform· 25 days holiday· Holiday purchase scheme· Birthday holiday· Health care· Pension· Enhanced maternity and paternity payThis role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be funded by the Company.
