We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth. What you’ll do: Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets, potential clients, promising partnerships or new products and services. Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales & Partnerships to create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, assess their needs, and formulate compelling proposals to address those needs. Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long term partnerships. Present and promote sales and products to both new and established clients. Attend conferences and events to establish connections with industry partners, while staying up to date with emerging trends. Develop and implement sales forecasts, working proactively towards achieving set targets. Demonstrate a good understanding of the company's products, industry competition, and strategic market positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are met. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs. What you’ll Need: Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on Cloud, SaaS, Martech, and Commerce preferred.  Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets and expectations. Highly organised with a keen interest in new and innovative technologies. Confident in selling, with excellent objection handling skills both over the phone and in person. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in using HubSpot CRM and experienced in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Ability to establish instant relationships, with effective communication via email and phone. Possesses a strong work ethic, is proactive, and consistently engaged in impactful tasks. Highly self-motivated and driven to exceed targets. Experience in prospecting through various channels.
