Chef - Retail Unit - Ferndown - From £24,700 We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a café/restaurant within a retail unit based in Ferndown, Dorset, they serve fresh food, and they are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality to help with preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard. You will have to be able to work on your own at times as well as be confident in dealing with fresh produce and seasonal menu changes alongside a busy service. Key Information: * Salary: From £24,700 upwards depending on expereince * Hours: 38-hour week, 5/7 days, alternate weekends, Day time hours!! * Location: Ferndown, Dorset * Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities of the role include: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation Preparation of fresh quality dishes with good quality ingredients locally sourced. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards. Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen Work alongside the kitchen team Required skills include: A good understanding of produce and ingredients Experience in the kitchen Basic knowledge of food production methods Embrace new ideas and processes Positive and approachable manner In order to be successful, you'll need to have: Experience working as a chef de partie in a similar environment Ability to follow instructions High Standards of hygiene Click Apply now!
