Electrical Manager (Projects)

Electrical Project Manager Across London Temporary / Contract or Permanent The Shore Group are currently engaged with an electrical contractor, who're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their team, on either a permanent or freelance basis. The right person will be experienced in running multiple Shell and Core Commercial projects, across London, typically valuing up to £8million. Responsible for H&S for the team and subcontractors, ensuring completion of H&S and client paperwork. Managing site supervisors, coordinating with construction, mechanical project managers, and maintaining client and subcontractor relationships. You will be collaborating with the commercial team to ensure project profitability, working with design teams for spec compliance, implementing value engineering, and researching innovative materials to improve efficiency and reduce labour. Must Haves: MSc or BSc in project management At least 5 years project management experience Existing relationships and contacts with some of London's leading tier 1 main contractors.
