We are working on behalf of a highly respected consultancy to find a driven Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years experience looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression pathways and full support toward professional accreditation (ICE or IStructE).
About the Role:
You will play a hands-on role in the structural design process, working closely with senior engineers and directors to deliver innovative and effective design solutions. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects, allowing you to further develop your technical skills across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural design calculations by hand and through engineering software
- Design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
- Create project drawings and specifications using AutoCAD (experience with 3D modelling is beneficial)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on delivering project outcomes
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng, BEng, BSc)
- 1-2 years structural design experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
- A full UK driving license and access to your own transport
