Working with Acorn-i, brands are given the opportunity to merge traditional and digital channels as well as understand how the intersection of retail and advertising can generate significant growth for their brand.   We are hiring for an Amazon Advertising - Account Manager to work with our client brands to support growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders the individual will develop a strong understanding of the brand’s business and how Acorn-i’s solutions can become integral to delivering on client goals. The role requires a strategic outlook with an understanding of how retail and digital marketing channels can be used in tandem to deliver success.     Your Responsibilities    Manage and optimize retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon) and post-campaign analysis reporting.  Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.  Independently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting.  Ensuring best possible spend optimisation by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets, and other strategies.  Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions to improve effectiveness in all paid media channels.  You will provide clients with data-driven insights and demonstrate a strong understanding of their category dynamics.  Support the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.  Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectives.  Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices.  Be part of our mission to provide world-class client service, technology and expertise for Amazon and eCommerce.  Meet clients in person, either at their offices or ours monthly/quarterly.      About You    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.  Strong experience in engaging with clients at all levels, and demonstrating ability to be considered a thought leader on the topic of commerce media.   2+ years of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting.  Knowledge of Sponsored ads & Display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).  Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms.  A strong understanding of digital advertising concepts and ability to plan against budgets and goals mutually agreed by client and Acorn-i.  Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).  Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.  Proven experience in building strategic relationships at senior level.  A positive outlook, self-motivated and desire to become part of a fast-growth business.    Working at Acorn-i    The opportunity to learn and grow in this exciting retail and advertising sector.   Acorn-i is part of the Brand Tech Group with a global footprint spanning multiple businesses and locations.   We value output regardless of location and so flexible working is part of our DNA.
