Role Aims:

  • Present a professional, well-groomed, and well-mannered demeanour.
  • Deliver high-level customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the development.
  • Maintain security throughout the premises.
  • Perform duties with reliability, honesty, and discretion, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the high work-ethos expected of the Concierge function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Man the front-of-house Reception desk.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, guests, and tradespersons.
  • Ensure the security of residents and the development.
  • Conduct security and health & safety patrols.
  • Monitor access-control, CCTV, and security systems.
  • Manage secure Key and Key-FOB systems.
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Fire Regulations.
  • Handle deliveries, mail, and parcels.
  • Manage bin-room waste and recycling.
  • Complete 'Incident Reports' for swift evaluation and action.
  • Report and facilitate the repair of defective equipment.
  • Undertake monthly meter readings and report findings accurately.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Experience in a similar role within a high-end residential or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using security systems and access control.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
