Position: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Newton-le-Willows, Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
be:technology is currently partnered with an established business in Newton-le-Willows who are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to come in and help them in managing a range of activities across the business as well as managing external stakeholders and supporting them on marketing activities.
This is a great role for someone who likes a variety in their role, from co-ordinating activities across a range of activities such as their LinkedIn, PPC Campaigns through to managing external partners, writing content for email campaigns and ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role managing business activities across sales and marketing
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Project Management / Project Coordination experience - you should ensure that deadlines are met
- Experience in Copywriting for emails and internal documentation and previous experience supporting marketing activities such as creating content
- Organised and driven - likes to get things done
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination: Oversee and coordinate activities across multiple channels (e.g., Zoom, PPC, LinkedIn), ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- External Partner Management: Liaise with our external partners to ensure they are delivering on key projects, holding them accountable for deadlines and quality of work.
- Email Campaigns & Cross-Selling: Support the creation and coordination of content for email campaigns, particularly focusing on cross-selling to our existing customer base.
- Accountability: Ensure all involved stakeholders, both internal and external, are clear on expectations and are held accountable for delivering on objectives.
