Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. Reporting into the Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered, and driving client satisfaction and growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will be given the support you need to thrive, and the trust to work autonomously. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary or secondary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and execute their strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our newest products to market.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports, calls and QBRs to clients.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Attend industry events with the wider team, both in the UK and abroad


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in excel / google sheets, analysing data and delivering client reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in affiliates, eCommerce or retail media is required.
