Production Team Leader - St Helens - £13.33 p/h - Immediate Start - Apply Today!  Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work for our client, packing products like biscuits, cereals, and crisps. Our client is looking for someone who has worked in a food environment previously, and has previous team management experience.   Production Team Leader: Working Hours Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 22:000 22:00 - 06:00 Plenty of overtime available Please note - you must be able to work all shifts if required. You maybe asked to work different shift, and these might not be rotating.  Production Team Leader: Role & Responsibilities  This is a varied role and requires someone with previous experience in food production or other production environments. The role will include:  Managing and organizing your teams day to day requirements on the production line  Managing up to 10 people  Performance management  Taking ownership of the production line & quality matters Quality Checking Reporting issues to the shift supervisor and different departments  Ensure completion of required process documentation  Develop your team through task rotation, mentoring & coaching, and various training initiatives  Setting tasks & seeing projects through to completion  Monitoring efficiencies & continuous development and improvement Overseeing general Health & Safety Ensuring all hygience requirements are catered for Why should you work for Assist Resourcing as a Production Operative?
