Are you ready to join?#LI-THEAA #LI-HybridThis is the jobAs the Senior SEO Manager, you will spearhead the execution of our SEO strategy to enhance organic growth and performance across multiple P&Ls. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver measurable improvements in organic performance, aligning with and achieving business targets.This role involves overseeing an agency responsible for on-site, off-site, and technical SEO activities. You will act as the main point of contact to ensure the agency relationship maximises value and supports SEO performance growth in line with business goals.Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams, including UX, CRO, Developers, PR, and Content Editors, to implement SEO requirements and optimisations. You will contribute to growth strategies, implement changes, build roadmaps, and define success metrics.Strong commercial acumen is essential for driving performance improvements that meet business targets. You will align the SEO strategy with commercial objectives and priorities, and report on performance.Regular coordination with various stakeholders, including the Director of Digital Marketing, Head of SEO, Paid Media, and Commercial teams, will ensure the SEO strategy is aligned with broader business goals.What will I be doing?Collaborate with the Head of SEO to implement an SEO strategy that drives traffic growth, generates incremental revenue, and maximises business opportunities.Own the SEO roadmap for various P&Ls, focusing on on-site, off-site, content, and technical aspects, while ensuring alignment with performance KPIs.Responsible for delivering the overall organic performance targets for multiple P&Ls.Represent the SEO function in cross-channel marketing meetings, working closely with key stakeholders to prioritise SEO initiatives.Collaborate with Content Editors, Product, and Development teams to implement SEO recommendations and ensure optimal delivery of SEO initiatives.Work closely with Commercial, Product, and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are included in new initiatives and that technical SEO hygiene is maintained.Work closely with the paid digital team to ensure alignment between SEO and paid search strategies.Manage external agencies to ensure the effective execution of the on-site and off-site SEO strategy.Conduct comprehensive keyword research and search intent analysis to understand customer search behaviour and translate insights into content recommendations.Perform competitor and search landscape analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and trends in organic search results, and take proactive measures.Track, report, and measure the impact of SEO activities, including rankings, share of voice, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators.Monitor market and competitor changes to provide relevant insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.Responsible for internal reporting on SEO performance for multiple P&Ls, providing insights into SEO performance, market trends, and competitor activity during internal meetings.Lead traffic and sales forecasting for organic performance as part of the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.What do I need?Extensive senior experience in an SEO-specific role, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive markets.Expert-level knowledge of SEO on-page, off-site, and technical best practices, with experience delivering projects across these three areas.Understanding of web programming languages/technologies, including HTML and JavaScript.Strong analytical skills, with in-depth knowledge of using Google Analytics, SEO tracking tools, and SEO auditing tools for data analysis and reporting.Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Target-driven and focused on driving performance forward.Commercially minded, appreciating and leveraging the impact digital experiences have on customer outcomes and business results.Additional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
