We are looking for a Client Services Senior Account Manager to join our growing agency and support us with our ever-expanding portfolio of client projects. Leading on multi-channel campaigns and activations, you will ensure a thorough understanding of clients’ needs, aligning to insight-driven strategies to deliver a high-quality service, achieve client satisfaction and drive account growth.


You will love making our clients happy as the "go-to" person in the agency, bringing a strategic, creative, hands-on and data driven approach which ensures successful outcomes and results.


Coming from an integrated agency background, you will have a passion for or interest in technology, ideally blockchain or Web 3.0, and thrive in a disruptive and innovative space within a fast-paced agency.


WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO


Our Client Services Senior Account Manager will own our client relationships, ensuring all their needs are met through the successful delivery of aligned campaigns and projects.


  • Manage client accounts, maintaining and developing strong, positive client relationships and ensuring needs are fully understood and met
  • Ensure the successful delivery of client briefs across multi-channel campaigns and projects against agreed timeframes, budgets, resources and outcomes
  • Own the client brief process, working with the Client Services Director, wider Client Services team as well as Strategy, Creative, PR and PMO to ensure aligned, innovative, insight-driven campaigns agreed
  • Project manage campaigns effectively, managing multiple priorities and ensuring clear direction and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Research and understand our clients’ businesses and markets as well as current industry trends
  • Support the development of new or less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and expertise while nurturing them in their role

  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of managing multiple client accounts within integrated marketing agencies
  • Experience in or a passion for the technology space, ideally blockchain or Web3 – can thrive in an innovative industry and start up environment
  • Highly strategic, forward thinking, creative and innovative
  • Excellent client management experience - able to grasp client needs and businesses quickly, build trust and develop strong relationships with even the most challenging of clients
  • Strong team player that is highly collaborative and emotionally intelligent
  • Agile, adaptable, flexible and resilient - changing goal posts and a dynamic, fluid working environment will not phase you and you will enjoy bringing structure and process to the agency
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills - you will thrive on being the focal point for our internal teams and clients, ensuring all the moving parts are in alignment and on track to be delivered successfully
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, highly process oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Able to focus on the big picture while also being “hands on”, ensuring the finer details don’t get missed and the day-to-day tasks are getting done
  • Commercially astute with strong budget management skills
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills with the ability to create insight-led and impactful client proposals
