Job DescriptionLead/Principal Data Engineer - JVM - Java, Kotlin, ETL, Data WarehouseA long-term client of OB's in the consulting space have recently won a long-term project with a Tier 1 Investment Bank and are looking for highly skilled Senior Data Engineers to come and work on an incredibly exciting new greenfield project.This is a large scale Data Warehousing project, where you will be building Data Warehouse Systems with large data sets, coming with a high-level of knowledge of Data/ETL Pipelines working with Java or Kotlin. The ideal candidate will come from an Investment Banking background although, this isn't essential.Lead/Principal Data Engineer - JVM - Java, Kotlin, ETL, Data WarehouseKey Skills and Experience:Java or KotlinTrade DataExperience creating Data/ETL PipelinesData Warehousing Systems & ToolsNice to Have:DatameshKafka or FlinkCloud AnalyticsThis role is a hybrid position with potential flex for remote, but ideally you will be able to do 2-3 days a week in Canary Wharf. You can also expect a base salary of £100k-£140k with an exceptional package.
