A leading AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Bid Manager, with experience within the built environment sector, to join their thriving London studio.

Reporting to the Head of Bids, this role is crucial in driving their ability to win new work across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all bid stages, managing submission inputs, writing and editing and formatting bid responses into InDesign
- Maintain the bid information library alongside the wider bid team
- Research and identify market intelligence to support bid submissions
Key skills required:
- Prior experience in a similar Bid Manager role
- Experience managing bids within the built environment sector
- Strong copywriting, proofing, and editing skills with the ability to create compelling bid responses
- Good working knowledge of InDesign
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset
