Social Media Manager (or Senior)

Are you looking to work in-house for a fast-growing online pharmacy and wellness brand? As the Senior Social Media and Content Manager, you will lead all Organic and Content initiatives. You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact in scaling and growing the brand's Organic function, with the opportunity to expand the brand into global markets. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and brand goals. Manage content across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring a consistent brand message is achieved. Create engaging and share-able content (written, visual, and video) for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. Drive the development of new social media initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Lead the planning, development, and execution of viral campaigns, working with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate brand buzz. Support the overall marketing strategy to drive global expansion, especially into European markets. 4 years plus experience in social media and content management ideally with experience in the wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors. ~ Experienced in global market expansion, supporting global social media strategies. ~ Ability to generate engaging, high-quality written, visual, and video content that drives engagement and conversation. ~ Strong storytelling ability with a focus on brand positioning and consumer interests. ~ We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
